RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return or Exchange is applicable if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, wrong, or incomplete.
  • The product received does not match the size, color, or item ordered.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Tags, labels, protective stickers, and packaging are still attached.
  • Clear proof is provided within 3 days of delivery.

Proof Required

In case of a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete product, please share clear images or videos with our customer care team within 3 days of delivery.

This proof is mandatory so our team can verify the issue and provide a proper solution.

Opened or Unsealed Package

If you receive an opened, damaged, or unsealed package, please inform us immediately before using the product.

Claims may not be accepted if the issue is reported late.

Size Exchange

If you received the correct item but need a different size, you may request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Size exchange depends on stock availability.

Delivery charges for size exchange may be paid by the customer.

Sale or Discounted Products

Products purchased during sale or discount offers can only be exchanged if:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Wrong size was delivered
  • Product was damaged or defective

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange due to personal preference or change of mind.

Color Difference

Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and display differences.

Exchange or return will not be accepted only due to minor color variation.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear / nightwear items
  • Scarves or hijabs once opened or used
  • Jewellery and accessories
  • Perfumes and fragrances
  • Cosmetics or personal care items
  • Any product without original packaging, tags, or labels

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in case of:

  • Defective product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product unavailable after payment confirmation

Refunds may be processed through bank transfer, payment gateway reversal, store credit, or replacement, depending on the case.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
