Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time across Pakistan is 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation and dispatch.

For remote areas, delivery may take longer depending on courier service availability.

Please make sure your provided phone number is active so our team or courier partner can contact you for order confirmation and delivery.

Timely delivery depends on product availability, order confirmation, correct delivery address, and courier service schedule.

During sale campaigns, launches, or high order volume, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your order details.

Orders may not be processed if:

  • Contact number is incorrect
  • Address is incomplete
  • Customer does not respond to confirmation call/message
  • Product becomes unavailable

Cancellation Policy

You may request order cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.

Once the order is processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
